MILK BOTTLE COLLECTION

My product arrived late and only keeps things hot for maybe an hour. I have tried to reach this company and cannot. They are not reachable by phone and are not answering any emails.

This bottle is soooo cute!!!! Not leaking or anything, no scratches and well packaged. It lets my water cool dor a long time. Easy to clean. My only problem with it is it is a bit hard to twist and open the bottle to refill water. I have to open the first cover then open the second cover. Everything else is perfect!
