I placed my order on February 9, 2026, and received a shipping notification on February 13. However, the tracking number provided in the email did not work even as of February 26, which made me concerned about whether the item had actually been shipped.
I contacted you by email to ask about the situation, but I did not receive any response. Instead, I received this review request email, even though the product has still not arrived.
I was really looking forward to this item. It is very disappointing that the tracking information did not update for more than 10 days, and that I did not receive any reply to my inquiry. As a customer, this situation feels unreliable and concerning.
Since the product has not yet arrived and I still do not know when it will, this is the only review I can provide at this time.
